Product Manager and Consultant based in Central Pennsylvania. Working primarily in Healthcare IT.
Who I am
My name is Odianosen Ayewoh, but you can call me Odia for short. You pronounce Odia like you would “audio” but with a “ya” at the end, think, “aww-dee-ya”, not so hard right? Great! Lets move on to a quick elevator pitch. I am a collegiate and graduate school trained biomedical research scientist, who moved toward education and teaching, focused on workforce training, project coordination, and program management. I used the skills gained in academia and transferred them into the arena of Product Management with an interest in healthcare IT and the developer experience (DevEx).
My Work
The work I find fulfilling is both specific and myriad in nature. I remain fixed in the education and healthcare world but frequently apply my skills and experience to other areas as well. I traditionally work in an Agile and PDLC methodology when it comes to product and program management, as well as participating in product ownership on various levels. I also offer consulting and facilitated training sessions in worker-centered culture, collegiate readiness, and STEM preparedness for high school and undergraduate students.
